If you have played a principal role with the Dunfermline Gilbert & Sullivan Society, we would be delighted to include your picture and a short biography here. The basis for the text will be whatever you send in: you can write your own biography or find someone who knows your work well enough to do so. We are looking for no more than a couple of hundred words, which we may edit to ensure a consistent style. We have the principal photos from a few recent productions, but you will probably prefer to use your own recent photo. We also list the roles that you have played in each production with the Society, so make sure to include an accurate list of these if you are able. Remember too that biographies go out of date, so please let me know if you wish to change or update your biography, as this can be done easily and quickly. Thanks PS: It makes it much easier if you email both text and photos, and also any alterations or updates. Paper versions are fine but are more easily misplaced. Please send photos as large files, so that we have plenty of bits to play with. Otherwise, the quality tends to suffer. |
