David Mutch

After a number of one-off cabaret performances and a work schedule not best suited to theatre rehearsal schedules, David entered the Fife circuit in 2006 with his debut in the Carnegie Hall with Dreammaker’s world premiere of “Sailor – The Musical Journey” where he played the lead of Robert Leon. This swiftly led to his joining RDMS where in 2007 he played Lt Joseph Cable USMC in South Pacific. David also performs musical theatre reviews with Dreammaker at frequent charity events across Fife (as well as the odd guest slot with Dalgety Players!).

Performing also in 2007 with STF production in “We Will Rock You”, he is now vice-president of RDMS, working on Cole Porter’s “Anything Goes” and marketing consultant on the theatre web site The Scottish Theatre Forum. He is voice trained in Dunfermline by Anne Diack.

David lives in the city of Dunfermline with partner Karen and sons Kieran and Luis – the latter of whom is a budding MT star in the making at the age of 5!!

David works in Glasgow as senior Account Manager with experiential media company SpaceandPeople plc – who are hugely supportive of his theatre work.
